Northbrook Rehab feels like a family. The staff is supportive and friendly, and they really care about the residents. My grandfather loves to sit outside and when there is nice weather, the staff takes the time to take him out. We feel so comfortable that this is where my grandfather is!

When choosing a rehab, I was looking for a place that could help me schedule and go to all of my doctor appointments, as well as supply and administer my medications. Northbrook fit the bill. The whole place is very clean and the staff is really approachable and helpful. As an independent person, I’m looking forward to returning to my home but am thankful that I came here because they saved my life by doing for me what I couldn’t do for myself.

We chose Northrook Rehab because I wanted my mom to be in a place where someone would really take care of her and make her feel at home. When we came to tour, the staff was so welcoming and the building was clean and comfortable and had the medical services we needed. The staff here really does whatever it takes to take care of the residents!

The whole team, including housekeeping, Maintenance, CNAs and Nurses make sure you are comfortable with clean rooms, clean beds, and functioning electronics. They all greet you and make you feel good. They more than met my expectations and I always feel like there’s someone around who cares.
